Opening Remarks: This disc is part of a 3 Stooges 2 pack of DVDs from Madacy Entertainment. I picked up this 2 disc set from Wal-Mart for what I thought was $11.99. It turned out that they rang up for $2.00. I honestly don't know why, but it was fine by me.

Movie Quality: First off, this isn't a movie. It's 2 Three Stooges shorts on 1 DVD. The shorts themselves are approximately 15 minutes each. This disc contains the shorts "Sing A Song Of Six Pants" & " Brideless Groom". Both shorts are funny, that is if you like the Stooges. Just for the record "Six Pants" stars Moe, Larry, & Curly, while Shemp replaces Curly in "Groom".

Video Quality: These shorts look great on DVD. They have been cleaned up, but not to the quality of some of the full-length film restorations like "It's A Wonderful Life" or "The Wizard Of Oz". The shorts are presented in Fullscreen, which is the format that they were shot in. The shorts are in Black & White and they look really good.

Sound Quality: This was one area that I was a little impressed with. These shorts sound really good. They're presented in their original Mono, but they're very clear with very little hiss or crackle.

Extras: This disc isn't packed with extras, but there are a few. They include a 3 Stooges Filmography, Movie Art, Film Credits, and Trivia Contest. The Trivia Contest is pretty cool, but you need to watch the shorts before you try the quiz. The Movie Art is one picture of the Stooges, that's all.

Improve: More shorts per DVD. All 4 of the shorts from the 2 pack of DVDs could have fit on a single sided/single layered DVD no problem.

Overall Opinion: This is a pretty cool disc, but for $11.99 it's not a must purchase. If you have the money and like the Stooges, then this disc is a worthy purchase, but only if you can't find anything better to buy.
