Opening Side Remarks: I was between a terrible decision. This game, KOF99 or
VF3tb. I choose this because I already had a 3d fighter (Power Stone and Soul
Calibur must be arriving soon 'cause of ebay.) and I didn't know KOF99 that well.
Damnit, I should have chosen KOF99.

Gameplay: I noted something that very few hard-core Capcom fans haven't. Most
of the characters have a pattern of attacks. A Fireball, An Anti-air and an
attack that moves around the platform. Where is the creativity?

Ryu: Hadouken for Firebal
     Shouriuken for Anti-air
     And that weird attack for the one that moves around

Spider Man: Web ball for fireball
	    Spider Sense for Anti-air (His Double Shouriuken)
	    Web Sling for the one that moves across the platform.

And almost every character follows suit.

I know they each have it's differences, but some creativity should be included, right?

Also, this game is too small. The only thing I see here that couldn't be handled
on the N64  /PSX are the graphics that move too much too quickly and are too big.
That's it. There is no amazing depth that couldn't be reached anywhere else. And
there is an utter lack of extras from the arcade, with the exception of the 
CROSS FEVER, nothing changes, and that's sad because this game is like 2 years
old. More characters, More scenarios, whatever! Anything should have been inserted
to make this game more fun and well, "more game." 

Now here is the bad part. The last boss. Why does Capcom keep frustrating us
with more and more stupid impossible bosses? I mean, Valgas( Power Stone) was annoying,
 but he beatable. Just some practice and you could win but this is PATHETIC.
 I don't get it. The rest of the game is really fun. Fighting the computer's 
team iscool. When you set it to 1 star (difficulty) , the enemy team is too weak.
Now you get to the boss. BOOOM He shoves that huge ass beam up your ass and
you are left pissed off and thinking why you bought this piece of $hit instead
of a good game. And you don't get pissed off at first. It's when he does that 
for the thousandth time. Sorry, It doesn't get any worse than this as a last boss.
At least if he was mildly fun to fight, but he has these huge moves that are
almost impossible to beat.

So what exactly stops me from selling this game back for 30 sweet dollars?
The multiplayer. It is a blast. If cross fever weren't there, This sucker
would be in the used game shelve on Game Edge. The Versus mode is also
awesome. The single player against computer teams is also entertaining.
Also, this game has incredible rumbling, even better than Expendable.

Graphics: Great 2D graphics. It reaches 2d heaven, but it doesn't go beyond that.
Huge graphics move very fast and the action is fast, fast FAST!

Liked: Great 2d Graphics that move quickly and smoothly.

Hated: It's still 2d (The only advantage 2d had has been hampered by Soul Calibur.)

Sound: Nothing really stands out except for great sound effects. Voice
was possible but it wasn't done. Too bad.

Liked: Nice SFX

Hated: No voice.

Controls: Now, If you buy this game, YOU HAVE GOT TO HAVE AN ARCADE STICK. 
Not only makes the game a lot easier to control, It is more fun and make the
game feel like the real thing. Now, I am hoping to buy an used one at GamEdge
for 30 and the stick itself feels great and it works with any game. So go and
get it now!!!

Hated: The way this game controls. Horrible. D-PAd sucks and button config also
sucks major buttocks
